When Mike was planning his career 20 plus years ago, a real estate team was a new concept for the Rochester area. At the time, no one else had a team in place; it was just an agent and a phone. But Mike knew that in order to achieve “Top Agent” success, he would have to assemble a great real estate team that would allow him to reach his goals. His first team member was Mary "Gram" Caceci, his 80+year old Grandmother. She helped put his face out in the community by doing mailings and other marketing projects. And with that, The Mike Caceci SOLD Team was born. Gram has since passed on, but her spirit and dedication lives on with the team.
