When Mike was planning his career 20 plus years ago, a real estate team was a new concept for the Rochester area. At the time, no one else had a team in place; it was just an agent and a phone. But Mike knew that in order to achieve “Top Agent” success, he would have to assemble a great real estate team that would allow him to reach his goals. His first team member was Mary "Gram" Caceci, his 80+year old Grandmother. She helped put his face out in the community by doing mailings and other marketing projects. And with that, The Mike Caceci SOLD Team was born. Gram has since passed on, but her spirit and dedication lives on with the team. The Mike Caceci SOLD Team consists of almost a dozen dynamic and dedicated individuals that will go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the job gets done! Chris DelConte has recently joined the team as a licensed agent and a certified interior designer and staging professional. Mike provides leadership and guidance for his team by utilizing the skills he's obtained in his 20 plus years in Real Estate. Together his team brings over 50 years of experience to their clients.
